Hints and tips for applying

Send me a CV explaining how you are suitable for THIS job. Don't send me a CV telling me that you have a Masters in Psychology and you have worked in a call centre - that tells me nothing about whether you can do this job and so you will get rejected. Think about the skills we want, and show me how your education or experience will make you good at the job WE want done.

Also, you know that profile that tells me that you are determined and want to work for a respectable institution and grow? Delete that - it tells me nothing about whether you can do the job - everyone writes EXACTLY the same thing.
