They should be comfortable working in both crime fiction and book club fiction. Innovative thinking, speed, diversity of ideas, accuracy, and an eye for detail are the main priorities. Our cover briefs should be the jumping-off point for your creative and thoughtful design concepts.


About you:

Ability to meet deadlines and follow and expand upon design briefs.
