Marketing Team


The Marketing Team supports Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, brand partnerships and brand expansion, including our apparel business, and creating content, both for the Stadium Goods site and app and our sales channels, and content for our several social media accounts. The Marketing Team consists of many overlapping departments, including digital marketing, brand, social, and content (including our photo studio on Wooster Street). The Marketing Team works across the entire organization.


THE ROLE


You will oversee the daily operations of our social accounts across all platforms, from editing to posting and community engagement, working with the social and editorial teams to develop and improve social-first content series.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


You will use Photoshop to cut and crop daily lifestyle images and create Instagram Stories

You will oversee posting on all of Stadium Goods social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok

You will foster and grow the Stadium Goods audience by replying to comments, liking replies and replying to Direct Messages on a variety of social platforms

You will collaborate with the creative, photography, video and editorial teams on a daily basis to ensure we are always promoting our best possible product

You will keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends across platforms and collaborate with the social team on new ideas

WHO YOU ARE


You have experience using and a desire to spend time learning more about all social media platforms including latest platforms.

You have 1 or more years of experience in a social media or communications role (can include internships)

You have a working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, with experience using Photoshop

Social Media Marketing Coordinator

As a Social Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will be part of the global marketing strategy team, developing compelling social marketing strategies for Disney Consumer Products, and Publishing's (CPGP) commercial priorities. As a social-first storyteller, you will help shape and implement plans that connect with consumers in inspiring ways, across platforms.


You will work with favorite franchises such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Pixar and Disney Princess, and unique product-focused handles such as Disney nuiMOs. You will use your keen creative eye daily to advise on trends, content and stories, and partner with our social agencies who create the content, to uphold the Disney brand and lead demand for our products.


The Social Marketing Strategy Coordinator will report to the Social Marketing Strategy Manager.


Responsibilities:


Support the daily management of CP Marketing socials, including:

Help manage social calendars and photo folders in collaboration with social agencies

Maintain invoice tracker and submit incoming invoices to finance for payment

Maintain quality control of social pages

Assist the team by building program recap decks in Keynote, collaborating with several teams for recap materials

Assist the team in the development of creative brief and planning documents

Help implement social media strategy

Prepare documents and materials for internal / agency meetings

Occasional help with the creation and editing of written, video and photo content

Keep up with technologies used in social media and seek proactive knowledge of the target customer, retail, marketing, and social media trends

Qualifications:


2+ years of social marketing experience, preferred in consumer products

Command of social media platforms (Including: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with an interest in best practices, trends, and cross-channel tactics

Working knowledge of social media measurements, strategy and reporting

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop

Creative production skills with an ability to create social content

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Keynote

Comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally

Handle many projects and tasks simultaneously

Passionate and curious about all aspects of social media across platforms and Disney content

Education:
