WebstaurantStore, A Clark Associates company, is looking for analytical, determined, and diplomatic candidates to join our growing company as an Ecommerce Policy Abuse Prevention Specialist within our Order Optimization Department. This role focuses on having an investigative eye, collecting information, and using logic to solve abstract problems. The role plays a key part in growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.
As an Ecommerce Policy Abuse Prevention Specialist, you will:
Analyze incoming orders and communications to spot trends and prevent abusive practices
Able to adjust communication approach based on various situations and desired outcomes
Make and execute decisions regarding the validity of orders, replacement items, refunds, and subscriptions
Measure, track, and communicate data on policy abuse on a regular basis
Work cooperatively with Ecommerce Policy Abuse Prevention Specialists to recognize trends and update the system accordingly
Evaluate current processes to suggest and implement any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customer experience

As E-Commerce Platforms Specialist you will join Direct Link’s EMEA Integration team, helping to identify and monitor the platforms that are key to Direct Link’s future success. Spotting trends, scoping, prioritising, and overseeing the work to scale and accelerate integration to maximise Direct Link’s availability as a carrier on key e-commerce platforms.
You will:
Identify top priority platforms that will have max benefit/impact to the region – could be TAS/TMS, OMS/WMS, ERPs, e-commerce platforms
Identify platform programs that can promote Direct Link services to platform client-base
Scope of development/integration/resource requirements
Being the platform expert – spotting trends and monitoring the web shop / platform market and sharing the knowledge
Make first contact with platforms, connecting Direct Link and platform teams
Manage each project.
Your qualifications:
Candidates must be educated in a relevant subject, although computer science/IT-related degrees are preferred. Excellent standard of written and spoken English are essential. Additional languages could be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should already be working in a role servicing the e-commerce industry with experience and current knowledge of:
International e-commerce logistics and associated systems
E-commerce platforms
Orders and Warehouse Management software
Label and EDI production
Software development
Experience creating platform plugins or coordination of this activity.

We’re launching our consumer VR title, Arcade Legend, on Quest and Steam later this year, and have many exciting arcade games, a location-based VR title, and an innovative new digital arcade concept, all in various stages of development.
About the Role:
The Webstore Specialist will support the daily operations of the LAI Games parts webstore handling all functions associated with the store. In addition, this role will also support operational commitments by processing spare parts orders for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with both internal and external customers through phone calls and e-mails to supply spare parts for LAI Games.
Works closely with Supply Chain, Support, and E-Commerce teams to answer any webstore related questions or issues that arise.
Manage all webstore orders via Big Commerce and NetSuite, ensuring all order details are communicated in a timely manner. This includes updating customers proactively if delays occur.
Attention to Detail with all aspects related to the webstore. This person will take photos, provide measurements, and descriptions of all products weekly to get 100% of products online. Other roles include all parts manuals for LAI Products remain up to date and any webstore maintenance.
Will manage reports to actively keep all accounts active for customers. Will monitor levels of products and keep the Supply Chain Manager appraised at all times.
Will promote surveys and online specials, maximizing the webstores reach to its customers.
Works closely with other team members assisting in cycle counts, inventories, and the fulfillment of parts orders when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Customer service (1-2 years)
Webstore Experience preferred.
Basic computing and technical proficiency
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High level of communication and interpersonal skills
High School Education, familiarity with Microsoft Office products and comfort with communicating via email and live chat. NetSuite and Big Commerce experience is a plus.
Be able to work flexible hours due to most clients based internationally. Some work out of normal work hours may be expected.
