DISPATCH
Fleet dispatchers track and manage drivers. They assign drivers routes, destinations, and timelines, as well as keep in touch with drivers who are on the road. Dispatchers interact with clients and drivers to keep up-to-date information on routes and schedules. Because a dispatcher interacts with the client to address any concerns or route changes, some customer service experience is helpful. Dispatchers usually work out of a company office managing digital/physical route and driver files and answer calls from the fleet and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Multitasking
Conduct yourself in a very professional and highly organized manner
Pre book over the road operations .
Frontline interaction with customers via phone and email
Book and enter loads into TMS for operations to plan and dispatch
Problem solve with customer when loads and/or drivers have issues
Continual updates on load details and ETA’s
Update customers on delays, equipment issues and paperwork
Be professionally demanding of all stakeholders and always offer solutions instead of excuses
Dispatch/Coordinate & assign loads and load information with drivers
Enter and update load information in TMS
Accessorial tracking and alerts for both customer and driver
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRMENTS
You must be able to multi task, have good customer service and be able to deal with some frustration with impatient customers. WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE
2 years minimum experience in Dry Van, Reefer – OTR required
Have a solid understanding of the trucking industry
Knowledge on how to use DAT and TruckStop

Salary will be determined by your experience and discussed during your interview, but we project a salary range between $40,000 and $55,000 per year to start.

REQUIREMENTS

1-2+ years of prior experience in a sales-related role.

Responsibilities
Responsibilites include management of site including sub-contractors.
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion

Attend all pre construction meetings with general contractor
Preside at preconstruction and weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work

Manage job progress and monitor completions
Ensure that subcontrator is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling
Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified
Submit and track needed change orders
Complete daily work reports to reflect the accurate job site status and condition
Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health and environmental quality standards
Maintain and enforce a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Plan review to ensure an efficient construction process
Identity areas of work that are outside the contract scope
Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
Qualifications
