This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing all incoming medical and/or dental service documentation according to contract requirements and customer specifications.
Receive and thoroughly review documentation for errors, identify missing components and complete data entry.
Ensure program policies and customer designated guidelines are adhered to while processing the documentation under time-sensitive deadlines.
Receive service documentation, scan, enter data and attach to orders.
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of clerical experience
1+ years of data entry/data control experience
Experience with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook (creating and storing email communication)
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm .

WePay’s API provides a flexible and robust payments system that seamlessly integrates into the software platforms of our customers while shielding them from fraud. You’ll be working with some of the best engineers in the world on a number of end-to-end projects like building our data infrastructure, APIs and microservices from scratch.
Our stack is primarily based on Python and Java. We use Javascript, Bootstrap and React on the front-end and our databases consist of Google BigQuery, MySQL, Redis, and Google cloud data store.
Our apprentice program is targeted at people coming to software engineering from a non-computer science background, and aims to provide an opportunity to develop and hone those skills in a supportive environment with mentorship from our full-time engineering staff.
Your work will impact millions of users and help create the world’s best SAAS payment system and fraud protection that will power some of the biggest and fastest growing online platforms in the world. Position Purpose: Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
